Recipe: Choc Chip Cookies

A delicious, quick, gluten free choc chip recipe that you and your little ones will love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups of sunflower seeds

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tablespoons of collagen powder

  • 3 tabelspoons of cocoa powder

  • 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup choc chips + extra for the top

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 4 tbsp stevia

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. Grind the sunflower seeds into a fine meal in a blender

  3. Place into a seperate bowl

  4. Blend the melted coconut oil, egg and stevia on low speed until creamy

  5. Add the sunflower meal and all the other ingredients back into your blender and mix on low speed until combined

  6. Roll tablespoon size balls onto a baking tray

  7. Add some extra choc chips on top

  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes

  9. Allow to cool before devouring!
