How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will aim to be dispatched within 1-2 business days of ordering. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to check your shipping status at any time. Orders should arrive within 2-3 days after dispatch.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is set at a flat rate of $15 Australia wide for orders under $300. Free shipping is offered to orders over $300. If you are located in a more rural or regional area and we need to amend shipping costs, we will reach out to you directly via the email address you provided during your order. We strive to ensure that your experience is seamless, so please keep an eye on your inbox for any updates regarding your shipping costs. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping is not currently available.

What is your return policy? 

We guarantee you will love your purchases as much as the hundreds of women who have used them on their journey to motherhood. However, customers can get a refund or exchange from Bloom Essentials within 30 days from the date you receive your items. After 30 days, we cannot offer an refund.

To return or exchange an item, it must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to verify your transaction. After we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm its arrival and update you on the approval or denial of your refund. Please note that you will pay for your own shipping costs when returning an item, and these costs are non-refundable. To start a return please email bloom.essentials@outlook.com
